Boost OT Asset Inventory creation, assessment, and reporting
If you’re doing OT asset inventories or risk assessments for clients, you know that the most time consuming part is the data collection, also known as asset discovery. Well at least it used to be, when you did it manually.
Enter OTbase in the picture and all of that stupid manual labor is gone. OTbase does the asset discovery automatically, and it’s particularly suited for consulting firms and engineering shops with their project-based business model.
Ace that
Assessment Project
The easiest way to boost your project business is to cut time-consuming, boring labor. You know what we’re talking about: Collecting all the asset details in endless walk-down inspections.
With OTbase, all of that is automated. OTbase discovers the client’s OT infrastructure and assembles awesome reports that make clients happy.
You can use OTbase either for one-off scenarios, for which OTbase Snapshot is the ideal solution, or MSP scenarios where you engage the client in continuous services, for which OTbase Cloud is the way to go.

Here's how it works:
Discover your client's OT assets
Download OTbase Network Discovery and/or OTbase Mobile Discovery from our website. You can install the discovery software either on your laptop or on your client’s machines.
Execute the discovery, which usually takes just a couple of minutes, and check the results on site in the Discovery software. You may have to do some fine-tuning, for example enter credentials for protocols such as WinRM or SNMP v3.
When you’re happy with the results, go to the next network/building/site.
Analyze cyber risk
Process your Discovery files either with OTbase Snapshot or with OTbase Cloud. Both products yield a comprehensive, contextualized asset inventory along with known vulnerabilities. Depending on the scope of your project, you may also leverage OTbase Cloud for advanced analytics on attack surface analytics or obsolescence planning.
Learn what OT asset management is all about
In complex OT networks, engineers can easily get lost when you have to rely on improper tools such as Excel and Visio.
The OTbase OT asset management software comes with a contextualized OT asset inventory, effective OT vulnerability management, automatic network topology and data flow diagrams, and OT obsolescence management. The OT Asset Management Handbook provides detailed explanations and practical use cases for each of these components.
